KING OYSTER MUSHROOM STIR FRY

Ingredients:
400gm King Oyster mushroom, sliced thickly
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 ½ inch fresh ginger, minced
2-3 tbsp black pepper, coarsely grounded
Fresh celery leaves, chopped
Sauce mix:
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce/kicap manis
1-2 tbsp water
½ tsp cornstarch
Chilli in oil or chilli flakes, desired amount
Little water to sprinkle
Oil for cooking
Method:
Heat up some oil, 3 tbsp, add in the garlic then the ginger. Stir fry 1-2 mins.
Now, add in the mushrooms, sprinkle some water, let it cook for 3-4 minutes over medium-low flame. Cover with lid.
Then, add in the sauce mix, little at a time. Cook for another one more minute, the sauce will start to thicken by now. Increase the flame to medium or medium-high.
Now, add in the black pepper, chilli in oil or chilli flakes and celery leaves. Toss everything together. Turn
