Chappathi Ingredients to make Chapathi : Wheat flour/Atta - 1 cup Salt- As reqd Water - 80 ml Directions to make Chapathi : 1)For preparing chapathi, first sprinkle salt in wheat flour and mix well.2)Mix the flour with water to form a soft dough and knead it until smooth.3)Pluck out small pieces of the dough and roll it. While rolling, sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking.4)Heat a pan, and heat both sides of the rolled chapathi. Serve hot with curry.
