The Chinese Communist Party just concluded its Third Plenum and issued a statement. There were previously rumors that Xi Jinping suffered a stroke at the conference. I dismissed the rumor initially. However, as I looked further, the answer wasn’t as simple as I initially thought. Something is wrong within the CCP leadership. 1. Did Xi Jinping suffer a stroke? 2.
