Here is my submission for @GemsOnVHS   #gemsintherough2023 #gemsonvhs My name is Thom LaFond, and I am a songwriter and performer based out of Nederland, CO. My lyrics are meant to flow like speech. My submission is called “ Wanted Man.“ I wrote this song after experiencing several episodes of sleep paralysis. I lost a bunch of sleep, but this song offered me some sort of relief. This was recorded in a greenhouse at 8,000 ft. elevation. I have a tambourine under one foot, and a mic inside a cinderblock, under the other.
