M/S of Herr Joachim Von Ribbentrop and Baron Mushacoey (sp.?) of Japan sitting behind a desk with other German and Japanese delegates. Von Ribbentrop gives a speech in English about dangers of Bolshevism, especially in light of Spanish Civil War.
