ACE Captive Animations Enhancement

Finally got things sort of working with ACE. Animations are all place-holders, especially the little hand wave when zip-tying someone lol. The blindfolding option is from [FOX]Blindfold Interaction and the NVG sound is from babe_nvg. I just made the NVG flipping system and the escorting animations.
