About the artist: DJ, producer, musician, promoter and Techno Music enthusiast alike, Errol Dix hails out of Linz, Upper Austria. His creative work ranges from spinning vinyl records, hosting events like “Lost Diamonds” and “Rhythm Maker” to presenting his monthly DJ mix series “LIFE UNIT” on YouTube. Having spent many years playing at numerous national and international clubs - alongside hard-hitters like Marco Zaffarano, Umek, Ben Long, The Advent, Jay Denham, Gayle San, Ignition Technician, W. J. Henze, DJ Murphy, Funk D Void, Brenda Russell, DJ Boss, Dave the Drummer, Chris Liberator, Boriqua Tribez, Jamie Bissmiere and DJ Preach... to name a few - Errol has had a lot of time to evolve his distinctive style. Inspired by his idol Ben Sims, he developed a multi-faceted and dynamic funky-sound with house influencies. Throughout his performances as a resident-DJ of “Hardgroovs”, “Schalldruckk” and “Technoelement”, Errol remained true to his Tribal Techno music style.
