Satan in Church

This “weird cartoon“ appears as a bonus item on Something Weird video’s ’The Joys of Jezebel/My Tale is Hot’ double feature DVD. ON the DVD, they call it “Satan in Church,“ but there is no other information about it. It appears to be modeled on Raoul Servais’ “Chromophobia,“ but this cartoon is of a lesser quality. I do not know when it was produced or who directed it. Can anybody help me clear up some of the mystery?
