Bolivia’s presidential palace is being stormed in what appears to be a military coup attempt. Former army commander Juan Jose Zuniga assures that what happened today was a “self-coup“ on the instructions of Bolivian President Luis Arce in order to increase his popularity. #Bolivia’s President Luis Arce has appointed a new Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces.
