Unidentified Entity Captured Hovering Over Sicily, Italy

This footage was filmed in Agrigento a hilltop city on Sicily’s southwest shore on May 31, 2017 but was just submitted to MUFON. In the footage was can see this object just hovering gracefully in the sky with a ghostly appearance. Yet again this is a weird object as it don’t seem to be a craft of any kind or a kite and if this was a bag in the breeze it would be moving more erratically...
