Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, or until softened and fragrant.
Crumble the ground beef into the skillet, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
