TrueNAS Core PCI passthrough to VM - USB to Windows 10

New in TrueNAS Core, PCI passthrough of devices on the host to a VM is supported. Devices will need to be dedicated to the VM they are being passed through to. GPU passthrough is a little chancy, I had no success with passing through to Windows, was successful passing through to Ubuntu LTS.
