Painting Pansies and fixing mistakes - oil painting demonstration

I started painting these pansies a couple of weeks ago (on Eric Rhoads Art School Live). Today I’m picking up this painting again to see if I can complete it. Or at least get it close (you know there’s always the final “endless fiddling“ stage to take into account). I love the drama of this image and really want to see if I can bring some of that out. And I have some glaring mistakes to sort out too!
