100-year-old WWII veteran returns to Normandy, this time to get married
For 100-year-old WWII veteran Harold Terens, returning to Normandy on the 80th anniversary of D-Day awarded him a new title: newlywed. Harold wed his 96-year-old bride Jeanne on Saturday, complimented by toasts from world leaders. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson has why the couple chose the hallowed grounds for their nuptials.
