French Street Food Making in a Vintage Car | Street Food Berlin Germany

Traditional French Street Food is prepared in a Vintage Car and is also one of the most Famous and Oldest French Street Foods from Brittany, which we would like to present to you in this “Street Food Berlin Germany” Episode at Martin`s Creperie. Traditional Crepes & Galettes, sweet and savory made from high-quality Eggs and Flour. The Galettes are made daily from fine Buckwheat Flour, which has its origin in Brittany. These are topped with, among other things, carefully selected High-Quality Eggs, Milk, Ham, Pastrami and Cheese from a few Fellow Traders from Markthalle Neun in Kreuzberg. For Martin it is not important to be innovative, as he told us, but rather to use a High Quality Selection of Ingredients so that he can delight his Guests with delicious Crepes & Galettes. For Martin, there are no Store-Bought alternatives to his Homemade Chocolate, Caramel or Chestnut Cream, which he has known from France since his Childhood. We wish you “Bon Appétit”. 10 in the Morning [1] MAR
