Huge waves crash through STREET in France & pets rescued from deluge as Europe hit by severe floods
Waves crashed on a street in the western French city of Saint-Malo on Saturday (October 19), drenching onlookers and cars, as France’s weather service forecasted strong wave warnings in much of the region.
Video shared on social media showed dozens of people gathered as waves rose to the street, laughing and cheering as they got wet from the gushing water.
