Fast Cooking with the HydroPro™

What if we told you that you could cut your cook time in half with the push of a button? The Fast Cook feature of the HydroPro uses an elevated bath temperature to dramatically cut down cook time. An alarm will sound once your desired core temperature has been reached so that you may either remove the food from the bath or turn it down to hold the food at your desired core temperature.
