Porterhouse Steak Breakfast Cooked on the Campfire. Canvas Baker Tent.

In this video, I head out to my garden and set up my home built Baker tent as a lockdown camp - a place where I can be outside, relax in comfort, cook and film until such time as we can all get back out and enjoy our woodlands and favourite outdoor areas. Having set up camp, spreading a liberal layer of bark chippings about to keep the think mud at bay, and processing some fire wood, I get on with a bit of breakfast. This week I am having a real treat - a huge Porterhouse steak kindly supplied by The Steak Shop. It is a monster of a steak at 2 1/4 inches thick, a Sirloin and a Filet separated by a T-Bone. Brought up to temperature high above the fire and then seared quickly over the embers to give it that delicious smoky flavour only a real fire can produce. Breakfast of kings!
