The program centers around Mrs. Waller’s question, “Are Americans prejudiced in their opinions about Africa?“ In replying, the young delegates said: (Boniface)“They most certainly are. How could they be objective about African Negroes when they are so full of prejudice about American Negroes.“ (Susan)“I come from South Africa, and I disagree with you completely. Americans are prejudiced in favor of native Africans but they are very prejudiced against white people in Africa.“ (Amelia)“I am getting very confused. How can Americans be prejudiced both for AND against Africans at the same time?“ (Mesfin)“If I say anything I’ll confuse you still more.
