Ingredients
Pumpkin - 500grm ( washed and cut pumpkins )
Oil - 2 tbsp.
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onion - medium half
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Add Pumpkin
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Masala powder - 1tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
