If you love croissant for breakfast, you will totally adore this version! @khalidelmahi Ingredients for 10 croissants: 125g lukewarm milk 4 g dry brewer’s yeast 60g sugar 2 large eggs 350g flour 30 g butter at room temperature 10 g salt Oil for frying Liquid vanilla to taste Procedure Make a dough by pouring lukewarm milk and dry brewer’s yeast into a bowl. Then add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Then pour in the flour and knead. Now add salt and room temperature butter. Shape into a nice smooth dough, let it rise until it doubles in size. Roll out the dough and form croissants by cutting the dough into rectangles. Roll the croissant on itself starting from the wider side. Let rise again for 30 min at room temperature.
