Modern Arnis Trapping Hands

Trapping Hands is one of the core empty hand concepts of Modern Arnis and I demonstrate it as well as one of its variations. Enjoy! Modern Arnis is a Filipino Martial Art emphasizing the stick and empty hand. Jiu jitsu, karate, judo and Filipino martial arts form the backbone of this system. In addition to self defense, I emphasize fitness in my classes as well. It’s all fun! Classes are held at the Legends Community Centre in Oshawa, Ontario on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Come join us!
