Entamoeba histolytica: Life Cycle. In this 3D animation video, we show briefly the E. histolytica biological cycle. E. histolytica is a monogenetic parasite with a life cycle that it is completed in a single host (i.e., in humans). Three distinct morphological forms exist in its life cycle: Trophozoite, the Pre-cystic stage and the Cystic stage.
