The Mask - Origin of The Mask - Score to Scene(s)

I love stuff like this. See, what I did was I took the Deleted Opening and the Normal Opening from “The Mask“ and put the released instrumental score by Randy Edelman overtop of it. I did this for a couple reasons: 1. The deleted Viking Scene has Danny Elfman’s music from “Darkman“ as temp score. Meanwhile, I noticed the score track for the Opening Scene that was released on the score album is longer than the actual scene that made it in the movie. So I thought, maaaybeeeee… 2. I’m a fan of film scores; It’s kinda cool to see the movie with the score brought to the forefront. Anyway, I took both scenes, weaved them together and put on the score track, and this is what happened. The Mask was made by Dark Horse Entertainment and New Line Cinema, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. who own the rights. Please support them.
