Angry tornado cloud that just clipped over us and hit Mantorville and Dodge, Minnesota just west of Rochester. This is headed over the Midwest tonight spawning severe weather warnings and hopefully not many tornadoes and lightning strikes. This is the back shelf cloud of the storm system which didn’t fail to impress with its dazzling show of non-stop lightning in the eerily late 9:30 pm sunlight of a long day just passing the summer solstice. Nature, thank you for the ultra high definition stereoscopic entertainment tonight, and thank you for not killing us either.
