PANDAWAN FISHING VILLAGE - Off Beaten Path Walk [4K]

HEADPHONES ON for the best local experience! =) - I walked around Barangay Sapa which is the small neighborhood where most of the Pandawan Fishermen and their families live. I was shocked to see all the rubbish on the beach, which lead me to question why the city mayor is allowing this. Walking through this area and hanging out with some of the kids here, this place would be amazing for tourism and would give the local community a better life along with their skills that they have in the fishing industry.
