Chow Gar Praying Mantis Kung Fu (Power training drill)

This video demonstrates a power training drill in the Chow Gar Praying Kung Fu system. Andrew Small has been training in this particular style of martial arts since the age of 13 under Sifu Paul Whitrod in the UK. He has also trained in Hong Kong with Sifu Hang Ng.
