Trying to learn the basics of ballet? I teach you everything you need to know in my Beginner Ballet Course 🌸👉 And now you can join me for a playful spin on Contemporary style moves in this quick 10-minute Centre Ballet Class. We’ll start off with some gentle movements before kicking it into high gear with heart-pumping twirls, twists, and jumps. 💃 Rapid transitions are complemented by graceful body-opening movements for our shoulders, chests, and hips in this contemporary practice. Many of the moves will be familiar but we’ll be practising them all in fun new ways. You’ll activate a more free-spirited side to your dancing while practising the fierceness of a confident ballerina.
