Marshall Scott Etc (1966)

Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire. L/S of Woburn Abbey; point of view shot from the front of a moving vehicle as we come through an archway towards the house. Several shots show a new pop group called Marshall Scott Etc performing their first record, ’Same Old Feeling’ on a grassy area before the house. It’s a fairly average mid-sixties pop tune - I wonder if it got into the charts? We then see the group sitting on top of a stagecoach, still miming to their song (the drummer goes through the motions with his drumsticks and looks quite silly) as a disinterested man steers the horses around the grounds of Woburn Abbey. Cuts exist - see separate records. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV. IT’S FULL OF GREAT DOCUMENTARIES, FASCINATING INTERVIEWS, AND CLASSIC MOVIES.
