A naval cutter moves out from the shore carrying the coffin of the painter W Wyllie.
People watch from the shore and harbour as the boat moves off. Shots of the cutter
being rowed past various Royal Navy vessels (large ship is HMS Nelson, which
provided the cutter). Warships dip their ensigns in respect as cutter moves past. The
boat comes alongside wharf on other side of harbour. Wyllie’s coffin was then
transported to St Mary’s Church at Portchester Castle.
