Buildings Hit by 9/11-Style Drone Attack In Russian Kazan, a city some 500 miles (800 km) east of Moscow... The question is: Why does the Russian government allow this? Were I in charge London, Paris, Berlin, Kiev, Warsaw, Washington and New York would have already suffered retaliatory strikes in the form of thousands of missiles raining down on them.
