Trentemøller: Phoenicia

From the new Trentemøller album ’Fixion’ out now on In My Room: “This song was written and recorded in Phoenicia in Catskill, upstate New York. I went there with my girlfriend to this remote cabin in the woods, with bears outside our door in late October. There was a special vibe there with all the trees in these beautiful colors. After walking for a whole day in the woods I came back and did this song. Later on back in Copenhagen I added some live drums played by my drummer in the band, Jakob Høyer. I love when they kick in !!! So massive!“
