Balance Training - ROPES & MED BALL slams

..generating coordinated power on unstable surfaces is great training and nice for HIIT mixes.. IMO best to keep it simple and go hard vs crazier balance challenges w/ less power/output... Gotta admit I tweaked the back with too much experimentation while fatigued (i.e. 1-legged stuff & fitness ball balancing stuff...)..all good fun but not always necessary.. I’ve had best sessions just sticking to the basics: 2-feet on bosu w/ heavy ropes and med-ball slams... like the 1-legged alternatives as well, but best to stay with a straight up-and-down move on those... NOTE: w/ balance challenges I use much more slack on HEAVY ROPES and use a bigger range-of-motion than normal rope slams.. kind of like a full snatch move going up like a ball slam coming down.. slower/less reps but w/ good explosive power
