DPRK Floods

On August 30, 2016, North Hamgyong Province in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) was struck by devastating floods. More than 140,000 people were affected and 70,000 displaced. In the worst affected areas such as Musan County, DPRK Red Cross volunteers have been helping communities to recover.
