Aerating Puratos Chantypak non dairy topping with Shufflemixer 100. Whipping cream with Shufflemixer 100. The Shufflemixer 100 is a continous mixer. The overrun is adjustable. Simply add the cream in the Shufflemixer tank and push the start button. Aerated (whipped) cream is flowing from the exhaust tube ready to fill your depositor. Do you need to decorate your cake? Connect your tube to a piping bag. Now you can decorate continously while the bpiping bag is auto filled.
