Artillerymen perform tasks along with reconnaissance units, which carry out air surveillance using UAVs.
Anti-tank gun crews fire up to six shells a minute at a distance of more than seven kilometres when fully loaded.
The Rapira is designed to launch direct fire at the heavy armoured vehicles. When needed, the 100-mm towed gun can engage other targets.
The task of artillerymen is to be ready any time of the day to eliminate targets in detected positions.
