More than 500 parachute jumps were made by paratroopers of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Forces during the landing at the Mitino landing site As part of the airborne training, paratroopers of the Ivanovo Guards Airborne Unit made more than 500 parachute jumps from An-2 aircraft using D-10 parachute systems. Early in the morning, the first ship group, having taken off from the Severny airfield, made a sighting jump from a height of 600 meters to the Mitino landing site in the Ivanovo region. Only experienced paratroopers are allowed to perform such a landing, since during the descent, the serviceman practically does not control the parachute.
