Aqua Fusion - HIIT meets BALLET (in water)

Aquatic Fusion High Intensity Interval Training meets Ballet in the water with Haylley Pittam and Syanne Day from the English National Ballet School. Each exercise set is performed a few times but you can shorten or length the time and repetitions depending upon your class. The HIIT exercises are 30-45 seconds each and can be repeated. Think of this workout as calm vs turbulance and challenge your participants in balance, muscular strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
