CRUSHING GEARS IN A 2004 BMW M3 6MT in the summer time

First you get the money.... then you get the power... If anyone has ever driven one of these they know how flexible and floppyt the factory shifter is. Im not really using that much force during the shifts, it just appears that way, mostly on the 2-3 shift. Flip flops and swimming trunks bc I was on the lway home from the lake.
