Baby Tapir at Fota Wildlife Park Needs a Name

Fota Wildlife Park is looking for the public to help them name their newest arrival a 3 week old male baby tapir. The tapir is the first calf of parents Maya and Bazil but also the first birth of a Brazilian Tapir at the Cork Wildlife Park since 2006. Maya who came from Lodz in Poland was joined by Basil from Curragh Wildlife Park in the Isle of Man back in 2012. People can suggest a name for the baby by visiting
