Turkish garlic bread that drives the whole world crazy! Simple and delicious pan bread!

Hello, folks! Today, I’m whipping up some straightforward yet incredibly tasty Turkish garlic flat breads in a pan! Grab a bowl and toss in 11.5 ounces of all-purpose or bread flour. Add in a teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and give it a good stir. Pour in 5 fluid ounces of boiling water into the flour mix. Crack in an egg. Spice it up by adding 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper and finely chopped 1 ounce of parsley. Mix it all with a spoon, then add a tablespoon of olive oil to the dough and knead it. If it gets sticky, sprinkle in a bit more flour. Get your baking dish greased up with olive oil. Roll the dough into a log and divide it into 8 parts. Roll each part into a ball, place them in the baking dish, brush with olive oil, cover, and let it chill for 30 minutes. Whisk together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of flour, a pinch of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. On an olive oil-greased counter, roll out the dough to about 6 inches in diameter.
