When you’re new to the agency space, your sole priority is to sign a client. There’s nothing wrong with this mindset at all however it comes with its fair share of problems. The major one being is that you have no idea what the next steps looks like once someone actually agrees to be your client. This then results in pure chaos which can easily turn a yes into a no, due to a poor client experience. That is why it is crucial to know exactly what the next steps are once you actually have a new client in place. You don’t want to just be sat there starstruck over the fact that you’ve closed a deal; you want to get the ball rolling & start getting to work. In this video, I’m going to be sharing my new client SOP, which will allow you to understand what exactly you need to do once you get a client that is ready to work with you.
