What a week! I was finally able to share my 7-day no sugar challenge with you last week and I am so proud of how many of you have actually joined. Me and Max are both doing the challenge and have felt such a big difference in our energy levels, mood, and skin health. It’s crazy how big of a difference cutting out added sugars can do.
