They are capable of breaching the water’s surface and even jumping into the air.
Bubble-net feeding is practiced by some populations. It involves coordination through vocalizations. They use a team effort to disorient and corral the fish into a “net“ of bubbles. This demonstrates signs of high social intelligence.
