Low-benching stone machine Prima-5

“Prima“ is designed to work in open pits and extract blocks of masonry stone with a length of 400 mm, width up to 200 mm and height up to 400 mm. The main working tools of this stone-mining equipment are circular saws with wear-resistant polycrystalline diamond plates (PCD), which are capable of sawing rocks with a strength up to 40 Megapascal (limestone, shell rock, tuff, sandstone) and ensure maximum productivity. Universal, but at the same time compact assembly allows you to use the machine in quarries of any area and shape, and by installing an additional spindle, “Prima“ can also be used for stripping. All transmissions are in sealed housings, which prevent dust ingress and significantly increase the service life of the equipment. Reliability of the machine is confirmed by many years of operation of more than three hundred units, in quarries of Kazakhstan, southern Russia, Azerbaijan, in Africa and the Middle East.
