25 MIN Epic Pilates 14 Days Booty Challenge Workout For Round Butt & Slimmer Legs + Stretching
In this workout we are gonna target our glutes, hamstrings, quads and booty. This fun session is composed of strenghtening, toning and cardio exercises to target our lower body. We are gonna end by stretching yoga poses to release any tension out of our legs, and not let lactic acid do much damage.
