Yongchun Quan Series Sink Bridge (Chen Qiao) Sticky Hand (Nian Shou)

Sink Bridge (Chen qiao) is the advanced routine in Yongchun quan. It’s the most important transition to actual combat. Master it, you will know how to combat. Sink Bridge follows the basic hand technique, completing kinds of techniques with the cooperation of hand including changing of horse-stance and advancing horse. There are many practices, including hand technique and foot technique, by which learners can strengthen their waist, bridge and horse-stance and make a more powerful attack. This video takes Bridge Sinking as its base and shows key points from the system. The second half is devoted to Sticky Hands drills and principles with many examples and exercises.
