Graphene nano-antennas for wireless communications at the chip scale
Sergi Abadal presents the work of the WIPLASH project in the 3rd Annual Congress of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (III CANN-2021, ) organized by the Catalan Society of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (SCN2).
The talk focuses on the use of graphene antennas as the main enabler of chip-scale wireless communications. Graphene opens the door to miniaturization and tunability, leading to versatile and compact antennas. We present a set of those designs and posit that they can be a breakthrough in next-generation computing systems for artificial intelligence (AI).
