MRE Beef Enchilada ~2006~

This review is a US MRE Menu 15 Beef Enchilada. I really enjoyed this ration and can see why it was a hit with the guys/gals in the field! I noticed during the editing that the beef was actually TVP (or Texturized Vegetable Protein or TSP Texturized Soy Protein) so I guess technically it could be vegetarian as well.
