FREE LESSON The Challenge for May was “spins“ No Inverting or Climbing in this video!! I also decided to dance to a more up beat song and just have fun!! I have to say no inverting or climbing was very odd. I had to do a few takes because I kept wanting to invert or climb. Then I realized that I did more “dancing“ then spins.
